    Do I get a unique IBAN and account number?

    Yes, as a business customer, you will receive unique account details provided by our partner, B4B Payments. This includes a unique Danish IBAN, a virtual IBAN in Luxembourg, and local Danish registration and account numbers. All these account numbers and IBANs are unique to you, starting with "DKXX" and a registration number "8900." These unique account details allow you to efficiently manage and identify your financial transactions.

    Can I link my account to NemKonto?

    Yes, it is possible to link your account to NemKonto. B4B Payments utilizes virtual IBANs, which you can register on NemKonto’s website. If you need assistance, please contact our support team, who are ready to help with this process.

    Can I change my plan (subscription)?

    Yes, you can change your plan by emailing info@ducatglobal.com. The cost for the changing plans is 225 EUR.

    Who can I contact about my Ducat account and how?

    Account and payment services are confidential and will not be shared over the phone. Technical assistance requests must be sent via the registered email. Ducat can only communicate with the owner or directors of the company. For assistance, contact support@ducatglobal.com. We will respond or confirm receipt within 24 hours on weekdays. Our technical department can help with:

    • Changing phone numbers or email addresses
    • Blocking accounts
    • Providing account information and details about transfers
    How does the Danish Kroner (DKK) account work?

    Danish Kroner account users receive a local Danish registration number and account number issued by B4B Payments. Users are also assigned an IBAN and SWIFT code for international payments. You can add an additional currency account for a one-time activation fee of EUR 67, with no extra monthly fees. Additional accounts are offered by B4B Payments.

    How does a Euro (€) account work?

    Euro accounts are available through B4B Payments and are SEPA accounts, providing you with a unique IBAN for Euro transactions. These accounts also have unique IBAN/SWIFT codes for transfers via SWIFT networks.

    How does the account with Pounds (£) work?

    GBP accounts are local accounts in the UK with unique registration and account numbers for local transfers. These accounts also have unique IBAN/SWIFT codes for SEPA and SWIFT network transfers. Foreign exchange accounts are available in DKK, EUR, and GBP, provided by B4B Payments. Additional accounts cost EUR 67 as a one-time fee.

    Can I accept cash?

    No, B4B Payments accounts are exclusively digital. Cash deposits are not accepted, but there are options for cash withdrawals from payment cards.

    How is my money secured?

    Your money is secured with B4B Payments who are the partner providing the payment services. Funds are held in a protection account by our payment provider.

    How do changes work at the company?

    Any changes to the company (name, legal form, ownership, address, industry code, and purpose) must be updated with B4B Payments to ensure compliance. Changes cost 150 EUR. Failure to update changes may result in account suspension or closure.

    Can I make transfers in other currencies?

    Yes, you can make transfers in various currencies, including EUR, USD, GBP, and others. SEPA network transfers are fast and cost-effective. For international SWIFT payments, special rates apply, but a low 1.0% conversion fee is maintained.

    Can I create more than one account for my company?

    Yes, you can apply for accounts in multiple currencies. The application process includes compliance checks with B4B Payments. Additional accounts cost 65 EUR each and take 3-5 business days to activate.

    Can I cancel my account?

    Registrations have a minimum 12-month binding period with a 3-month notice. Immediate termination costs EUR 389 plus VAT.

    Who is Ducat’s partner?

    Ducat’s partner is B4B Payments. Payment Card Solutions (UK) Limited trading as B4B Payments is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority to conduct electronic money service activities under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (Ref: 930619). UAB B4B Payments Europe is authorised by the Bank of Lithuania as an Electronic Money Institution.

    What services are available through Ducat’s digital platform and who offers them?

    Through Ducat’s platform, customers can access payment accounts, payment services, and card issuing in EUR, DKK, and GBP, provided by B4B Payments.

    UAB Ducat Payments does not offer financial services. All payment services are provided by B4B Payments.

    What types of businesses cannot apply through B4B Payments?

    Applications are not accepted from high-risk companies, including those involved in adult content, affiliate marketing, charities, crowdfunding, drugs, precious metals, weapons, and financial services.

    What is the procedure for setting up a business account?

    The procedure involves:

    • An initial interview with an agent
    • Receiving an email to submit necessary documentation to our partner B4B Payments

    Will my Euro payment be sent as SEPA or SWIFT?

    Eurozone countries will always use SEPA for Euro payments. For countries outside the Eurozone, check the recipient’s IBAN to determine if SEPA is supported; otherwise, the payment will be sent as SWIFT.
